U-NET do not give refunds of service fees under any circumstances. If you cancel an account the account will remain open until your next renewal date, and there will be no refund for unused accounts which remain open. It has nobody supervising it apart from all the users themselves. Regulation may come but only if the Internet is misused. We reserve the right to terminate the subscription at any time without notice, without refund of any fees paid, if in our opinion, improper or inappropriate use is made by a subscriber. Each subscription covers access to the Internet from a single computer and you must not resell access or provide other Internet Services (paid for or free) via your access account with us without our written permission. is based on the customers site generating access roughly in proportion
to the storage space taken. Should a client's resource generate so
many accesses that our service to other clients suffers we reserve
the right in accordance with our Conditions
of Supply of Services and more particularly Clause 3.2,
to increase our monthly charge to pay for the increased telecommunications
capacity required or to move the resource to some other server. Not
with standing our rights to do this without recourse to you, we will
endeavour to consult with you prior to doing so and to make such changes
within an agreed time scale in order to minimise problems for you
in so far as possible. We do however reserve the right to terminate
a client's account without notice and without right to damages should
excessive accesses to the clients resource seriously compromise our
service in general as more specifically detailed in our Conditions
of Supply of Services |
