We expect all users of our Web Hosting service to use the power of the Internet responsibly. We disclaim all responsibility for the information which users put on our server and are not the publishers of the information placed there. Please see the Disclaimer which makes this clear. However, without liability, we reserve the right to terminate the account of any client without notice if, in our opinion, they misuse the service in any way. Such termination will be at our sole discretion and without any liability for any refunds to the customer or for any costs or other damages they may claim due to the loss of service such as the loss of business. We further reserve the right to advise other Internet Providers of our termination of the account of a client.

We expect the users of our Web Hosting service to adhere to the code:Legal, Decent, and Honest. In general, if we have cause for concern, we will advise the client and resolve any problems amicably by mutual agreement. We do however reserve our right to terminate the account in accordance with our conditions of supply of service.

Our pricing of the Web Hosting service is based on the customers site generating access roughly in proportion to the storage space taken. Should a client's resource generate so many accesses that our service to other clients suffers we reserve the right in accordance with our Conditions of Supply of Services and more particularly Clause 3.2, to increase our monthly charge to pay for the increased telecommunications capacity required or to move the resource to some other server. Not with standing our rights to do this without recourse to you, we will endeavour to consult with you prior to doing so and to make such changes within an agreed time scale in order to minimise problems for you in so far as possible. We do however reserve the right to terminate a client's account without notice and without right to damages should excessive accesses to the clients resource seriously compromise our service in general as more specifically detailed in our Conditions of Supply of Services

We will make every reasonable effort to make the service available and accessible but are not responsible for any loss whatsoever should the service not be available.
